Carano's impressive career KO record is not surprising considering her smaller competition. With nine knockouts and 22 wins, she has a total of nine losses. She fought in the strawweight and flyweight divisions and won all but one of her fights by way of KO. But knockouts do not guarantee success in MMA. Submissions as well as ground and pound could still win.
